Box Office and Front of House Coordinator – The Cube Wodonga
- Full-Time temporary opportunity (8-month contract)
- Potential for ongoing part-time hours beyond the initial contract period
- $46.13 per hours + superannuation
Help deliver memorable experiences for the Wodonga community through high-quality events, performances and venue operations. As Box Office and Front of House Coordinator, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of customer-focused venue operations at The Cube Wodonga, coordinating ticketing, front of house services, bar operations and event support to ensure every visitor experience is professional, safe and engaging.

Key aspects of the role:
- Lead front of house and venue operations
Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of Box Office, Front of House and bar operations in The Cube Wodonga. You’ll ensure performances, functions and community events run smoothly while delivering safe, professional and customer-focused experiences for patrons, hirers and performers.
- Manage ticketing systems and event delivery
Oversee ticketing systems, event builds and seating configurations to support accurate ticket sales and efficient event delivery. You’ll troubleshoot operational issues, manage online integrations and use reporting insights to help improve audience experiences and operational performance.
- Support and lead event staff and volunteers
Provide leadership, guidance and support to Front of House Supervisors, Box Office staff, bar staff and volunteers. You’ll coordinate rostering, onboarding and training while fostering a positive team culture focused on high service standards and collaboration.
- Coordinate bar and financial operations
Manage point-of-sale processes, reconciliations, cash handling, refunds and reporting across Box Office and bar services. You’ll also oversee stock control, ordering and RSA compliance to ensure financially responsible and compliant operations.
- Drive continuous improvement and customer experience
Develop and maintain operational procedures, workflows and service improvements that enhance venue operations and patron experiences. You’ll work closely with internal teams, hirers and stakeholders to support successful events, strong audience engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for
- Experience coordinating Box Office, Front of House or venue operations within a performing arts, events or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and staff supervision skills, with the ability to support, train and motivate teams and volunteers
- Experience managing ticketing systems, point-of-sale platforms and financial reconciliations
- Excellent customer service, communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
- Understanding of RSA, WHS and operational compliance requirements
- Relevant qualifications in event management, arts administration, business or related fields desirable
