- Part-time opportunity – 3 days per week
- $39.17 per hour + superannuation
Play a key role in supporting the effective management of Wodonga Council’s property portfolio. As Property Systems Administrator, you’ll provide high-quality administrative, systems and coordination support across a diverse range of property activities—helping ensure our records, processes and transactions are accurate, compliant and running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, data and stakeholders, and takes pride in delivering organised, detail-focused work that supports real community outcomes.
Key aspects of the role:

- Coordinate leases and property transactions
Manage lease and licence administration from end to end, including renewals, compliance tracking and documentation. You’ll also support property transactions such as acquisitions and divestments, ensuring all processes align with legislative and Council requirements.
- Deliver high-quality reporting and governance support
Prepare clear and accurate reports, correspondence and documentation to support property governance and decision-making. Your attention to detail will ensure compliance obligations are met and information is presented in a way that supports effective outcomes.
- Build relationships and improve processes
Work collaboratively with internal teams, tenants, community stakeholders and external providers to resolve enquiries and meet obligations. You’ll also identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across the property function.
