The role
The Bonegilla Migrant Experience Visitor Services Officer is based in the site’s Welcome Centre. The role provides friendly and informative customer service, oversees the memorial plaque project, manages opening and closing procedures, sells merchandise, and assists with events and activities.

Key aspects of the role
- Provide high-quality customer service to visitors.
- Oversee the memorial plaque project, including processing applications, plaque production, and installation.
- Provide on-the-job training to maintain safe and efficient operations.
- Work closely with Bonegilla Migrant Experience staff to support daily operations.
- Work independently while also contributing to team objectives.
