Executive Assistant (Executive Services Officer)

Are you ready for a new role this year? We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join the team at Wodonga Council.
In this dynamic role you will support the 3 directors at Wodonga Council being responsible for contributing to the successful operation of the Executive Services team though the provision of a high-level of administrative support to the Executive team and wider organisation.
This fast-paced role will include managing the directors’ diaries, making travel arrangements for staff, administrative tasks and anything required to keep the day-to-day operations moving smoothly.
The role will be central in maintaining and enhancing key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally. The Executive Services Officer must be prepared to deal confidently, effectively and promptly with a wide range of issues and projects. The role works with minimal supervision and demonstrates initiative to ensure deadlines are met.
With no two days the same, you will need to be a solutions-based individual with a high-level of professionalism and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time.
To be successful in the role you will be a great team player who is quick to develop good relationships, is driven, hardworking, collaborative, solutions-oriented and passionate in delivering quality outcomes for our organisation.
You will have a high computer aptitude, be highly organised and articulate both in verbal and written communication. Suitable applicants will have an eye for detail and effectively manage competing demands by being resourceful, flexible and resilient and always one step ahead of the executive team.
