Preschool Educator 

  • Part-Time 32 hours, Monday – Thursday

Are you excited by the possibilities that 2022 may bring? An exciting opportunity exists for a Preschool Educator to join our highly regarded early years services. 

 

The Role 

This role supports the service operations through the provision of safe, educational and caring environments where preschool children are encouraged to reach their individual potential in all areas of child development. 

Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance with the National Quality Framework and the National Care and Education Regulations.   

 

About you

To be successful in the role you will be a great team player who is quick to develop good relationships, is driven, hardworking, collaborative, solutions-oriented and passionate in delivering quality outcomes for our organisation. 

As the successful candidate, you will also be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria. 

  1. Successful completion of a Diploma of Children's Services.  
  2. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues and other community members. 
  3. Ability to use own initiative working as an effective member of a team or undertaking tasks independently.  
  4. Demonstrated understanding and practical application of the National Quality Framework.
