Preschool Educator

About the role

This role supports the service operations through school readiness funded programs and provision of safe, educational and caring environments where preschool children are encouraged to reach their individual potential in all areas of child development.

You will be working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance with the National Quality Framework and the National Care and Education Regulations. 

 

About you

To be successful in the role you will have completed a Diploma of Children's Services. You will be a great team player who is quick to develop good relationships, is driven, hardworking, collaborative, solutions-oriented and passionate in delivering quality outcomes for both children in our centres and for our organisation.

 

You will also be able to demonstrate the below key selection criteria.

  1. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues and other community members.
  2. Ability to use own initiative working as an effective member of a team or undertaking tasks independently.
  3. Demonstrated understanding and practical application of the National Quality Framework.
