An exciting opportunity exists to join The Cube Wodonga team as a Front of House Bar Usher.

The Role

As a Front of House Bar and Usher you will deliver outstanding customer service to patrons and hirers while ensuring all safety measures, security and emergency management procedures and legal requirements are followed. 

About you 

To be successful in the role you will be a great team player who is quick to develop good relationships, is driven, hardworking, collaborative, solutions-oriented and passionate in delivering quality outcomes for our organisation. 

As the successful candidate, you will also be able to demonstrate the below key selection criteria. 

1.    Hold current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol and Working with Children’s’ Check certificates.

2.    Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably in the performing arts and events areas.

3.    Proven ability to follow instructions and work according to established processes.

4.    Ability to provide good customer service and ensure the quality of work outputs.
